Article X Sec. 3(C)
I’m Lheineichong Touthang, and I’m passionate about serving others and making a positive impact in my community. With over a decade of experience in leadership roles across worship, education, and community development, I strive to uplift and support those around me through both action and encouragement.
For six years, I had the privilege of working as a Monitoring Officer with the Evangelical Fellowship of India Commission on Relief (EFICOR). In this role, I collaborated with teams to plan and execute successful field visits, supported families in crisis, and built lasting trust within the communities we served. It was deeply rewarding to offer counseling, connect people with resources, and help facilitate training programs that empowered underprivileged communities to grow.
As a Worship Leader at the Kuki Worship Service in New Delhi, I fostered a culture of prayer and unity by organizing prayer gatherings and leading worship teams. I loved creating an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere where people could connect deeply with each other and with God. It was a beautiful experience seeing the congregation come together in worship and prayer.
I also served as Headmistress at Soikholal Ideal High School in Manipur, where I managed the day-to-day operations, led a team of teachers, and worked closely with students and parents to ensure that every student received the guidance and support they needed. I focused on developing a curriculum that not only educated but also inspired students to reach their full potential.
I’m a people person at heart—warm, approachable, and always looking for ways to connect with others. I bring strong organizational and leadership skills to any role I take on, and I’m driven by a desire to help others grow and succeed, whether that’s through teaching, community outreach, or leading worship. I’m excited to continue serving and making a difference wherever I can.
